Oats and Moongdal Chilla

Ingredient

- ½ cup oats flour
- 1 cup moong dal (soaked)
- 2 tbsp curd
- 1 medium onion
- Green chilly ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp Black pepper pwd
- Turmeric pinch
- 2 tbsp coriender
- Salt to taste
- Oil

How to prepare

  • In a bowl mix moong dal (grind it in a paste) add oats powder
  • Add curd , finely chopped onion coriander, ginger chilly paste, garlic paste, black pepper, turmeric, salt
  • Mix it well and keep it for 20 mins
  • Make chilla and serve it with coriander mint chutney

Granola Bar

Ingredient

- 1 cup Wheat flakes
- 1 cup Oats
- 20 pcs Almonds
- 20 pcs Pista
- 7-8 pcs Dates
- 1 tbsp Blueberry
- 1 tbsp Cranberry
- ½ cup Sugar
- 3 tbsp Liquid glucose

How to prepare

  • Grease the pan with butter and roast the wheat flakes, oats, almonds, and pista separately
  • Allow it to cool and chop the mixture roughly
  • Add Cranberry, blueberry and dates
  • Add golden syrup as required (Approx 2-3 tbsp), mix it properly, pour the mixture in container
  • Add berry, oats, pista, almonds and press it and allow it to set
  • Cut it and serve
Golden Syrup: Caramelize Sugar, add 3 tbsp liquid glucose and 3 tsp water, mix it thoroughly.

Stir Fried Paneer Roll

Ingredient

- 1 cup (chopped) Bell pepper
- 1 small chopped Onion
- ½ cup boiled Corn
- ½ cup chopped Carrot
- 3-4 cloves Garlic
- ½ cup diced small Paneer
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- ½ tsp Mixed herbs
- ½ tsp Chilly flakes
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 cup Corn(Makai) flour
- 1 cup Wheat flours
- Green chutney and ketch up

How to prepare

  • Heat oil in pan, add bell pepper, onion, corn, carrot, garlic and stir fried it for 3-4 mins on high flame
  • Add black pepper, mixed herbs, chilly flakes, salt
  • Add paneer and keep it aside
  • Preapare dough from corn flour and wheat flour and work our rotis
  • Aply 1 tsp green chutney and ketch up on roti
  • Place a stuffing on roti and roll it tightly and wrap with tissue
  • Serve with coriander mint chutney

Glowing Green Detox Smoothie

Ingredient

- 1 kiwi
- 1 banana
- ¼ cup pineapple
- 2 cups spinach
- Handful mint
- 1 tsp honey
- 5-6 cube ice

How to prepare

  • Blend all the ingredient till it turns smooth
