Fertility Diet Plan
Preparing your body for pregnancy starts on your plate. Dt. Rupal builds a fertility diet plan around your cycle, your reports and the food you already cook at home — working alongside your gynaecologist or IVF specialist, and adjusting it as your cycle, weight and treatment progress.

Questions people ask first.
Can a diet plan guarantee that I will conceive? +
No. Fertility depends on many factors, and no diet can promise a pregnancy. A balanced, personalised diet supports your overall and reproductive health — it works alongside your gynaecologist's or fertility specialist's care, not instead of it.
Can I follow this plan alongside IVF or IUI treatment? +
Yes. The plan is built around your treatment schedule and any medication or instructions from your fertility specialist — share them at your first consultation.
I have PMOS/PCOD or a thyroid condition. Will the plan take that into account? +
Yes. Both can affect cycles and ovulation, so the plan is adjusted for insulin sensitivity or thyroid needs from the start, using your reports.
Does my weight affect fertility? +
It can — being well above or below a healthy weight can affect cycles and ovulation. If weight is a factor for you, the plan works towards a healthier range gradually, without crash dieting.
Do I need to take supplements? +
No supplements are prescribed as part of the diet plan. Supplements such as folic acid are a decision between you and your doctor — the plan is built around whatever they have already prescribed.
How early should I start before trying to conceive? +
Ideally a few months before, so your eating habits, weight and nutrient intake have time to settle — but it is never too late to start, including when you are already trying or in treatment.
Can I consult online if I am not in Pune? +
Yes. Fertility diet consultations and follow-ups run online across India and overseas, with follow-up on WhatsApp or call.
